Gypsy Rock
Mint balanced with the sweetness of liquorice and a hint of fennel.
This is an exceptional blend, yet boasts simple uncomplicated ingredients. The mint balances the sweetness of the liquorice perfectly, while the fennel and basil add depth of flavour. This infusion calms, restores and balances.
Loose Leaf or Bio Pyramids?
This tea is available in loose form or in our beautiful bio pyramids. Our biodegradable tea pyramids are suitable for composting and are completely free of microplastics. Made from a material called SOILON which contains lactic acid derived from corn starch, they are completely biodegradable and decompose within 30 days.
The dangers posed by microplastics on the environment are well documented. What people are less aware of are the staggering amounts of microplastics present in most tea bags. When steeped in hot water, they release billions of microplastic particles into the mug, each one the size of a grain of pollen.
When purchased in loose form, this tea is sealed within a biodegradable cornstarch pouch. So when buying our teas, whether in loose or pyramid form, you can do so safe in the knowledge that our tea bags and packaging materials are completely biodegradeable and free of microplastics.

Remarkably unspectacular for bearing such a fabulous name, we encourage you not to get too excited about a visit to this rock! Instead pack a meal suitable for an evening hike, not forgetting the hot flask of liquorice tea and head for Peek Hill, a very close neighbor to Gypsy.
Watch the sunset over Burrator Reservoir and enjoy this moment of overwhelming peacefulness.
