Most of us don’t realise that everytime we make a cup of tea using a ‘regular’ teabag, we are consuming with it a fair few micro plastics. All of us should really be drinking loose tea, as this is by far the most environmentally friendly way to enjoy.
If you do prefer to use a teabag rather than a pot be sure that you are choosing an unbleached paper tea bag preferably made from recycled materials.
